Check-in is:
This year only, check-in before your first game a
minimum of one hour prior to kickoff.
Location:
The field-marshal table nearest to your first game field.
Preparation for
Check-in:
In order to successfully check your team
in, please do or bring the following:

On Wednesday night before check-in (July 29 for younger's weekend, August 5
for older's weekend) go to
www.soccerscheduler.com and input your team's roster if you have not
already done so. Instructions on
how to input your roster can be found here. Complete the roster
and print two copies, please bring both to check in.
- Completed, signed,
Medical Release form for each player on the roster (must be for same
seasonal year as player pass).
- Laminated player
pass for each player on the roster (must be for same seasonal year as
medical release form).
- Completed game card
(prepared for your team from the team roster entered on
www.soccerscheduler.com.).
TIP:
To update your roster, go to
www.soccerscheduler.com and click the "Single Team Manager" button on the
left navigation bar. Next, enter the login information generated when you
created your application. Finally, click the "Roster" button on the top
gray navigation bar. You can now add or remove players from your roster.
USYSA out of state
teams also must bring:
- Permission to
travel papers signed by your state office with a roster of players with
permission to travel.
US Club teams and
AYSO teams must bring:
- Player ID
Cards
- Signed medical release forms
that match the player ID cards
- Certified Roster.
- AYSO
players need to have a note from their local regional commissioner granting
them permission to compete in our event
